"Double Diamond" and "Holdfast" gear is guaranteed against faults in material and manuftacture. Please examine goods on receipt reporting any faults as soon as possible. If faults are valid we will either exchange or refund/credit the amount concerned. However, we connot be held responsible for gear which has been hung, used or treated in any way. Claims should be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.
